Note: An article in a past issue of Fly Fisherman described the various uses of squirrel fur dubbing. One of the patterns offered was the one shown here. In place of natural squirrel as described in the magazine, I used a synthetic dubbing blend called "Squirrel Brite" distributed by Spirit River which has a fairly coarse texture, a nice glossy sheen, and sparkle from shredded mylar. A good non-descript nymph pattern.)
