| Body: | bronze peacock herl, ribbed with tag end of tying thread |
| Hackle: | grizzly, wound through thorax section; clipped when appropriate |
Note: A reliable midge pattern in small sizes. The Red Tag is the same fly with a brown hackle. Tied in a full palmer style in small sizes, it is known in America as Griffith’s Gnat. |
